Your first visit, step by step
You can stay beside your child for all of it.

Step 1: Request a visit
Tell us how many children are coming, their ages and the office you prefer. We call, text or email back with times.

Step 2: Before you come
Fill in your child's health history on our private patient portal, not by email or in the contact form.

Step 3: At the office
Check in, meet the dentist, and have a talk before anything else. About 45 minutes for each child.

Step 4: Before you leave
You hear what the dentist saw, get a written plan and an estimate for anything that needs treatment, and book the next visit.

Your plan's details
The plan's name and member card, if you have one. Give them by phone, not in a message.
Your child's questions
Write down anything you or your child want to ask.
A favorite thing
A small toy or blanket for a young child, if it helps.
Brothers and sisters
Bring them. We can book everyone back to back at the same office.
